Named after the ideal internal temperature of a perfect medium-rare steak, 54° is a modern steakhouse offering premium cuts from around the world, seasoned with our signature propriety blend and masterfully grilled to achieve a perfect sear. SIGNATURE STEAK SEASONING

A proprietary blend of 7 spices that went through extensive research and development with countless tastings, and the result is a signature seasoning that expertly balances the flavour and nuance of a premium-grade steak boasting the perfect crust.

 

A hallmark, an invisible signature that is woven into every steak that leaves the grill.

MASTERFUL OPEN-FIRE COOKING

At 54° Steakhouse, we use a hybrid wood-fire technique - Australian Ironbark wood and Japanese White Binchotan charcoal to craft our steaks.

 

The ironbark wood imparts a rich, smoky flavour, while the White Binchotan charcoal provides intense heat for the perfect sear showcasing the texture of the meat.

 

Chef Andrea de Paola uses them both on a bespoke custom-made charcoal grill, to elevate the flavours and textures of our premium beef selection.
